To register and maintain an account on phruby, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Restriction: phruby strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification. phruby reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
phruby reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in suspension or termination of your account.
To access real-money gaming features on phruby, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phruby account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform.
phruby currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱): GCash, PayMaya, BDO (Banco de Oro), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and Metrobank. phruby reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your phruby account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phruby is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has been fully verified in accordance with phruby's KYC requirements; (b) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold; (c) there are no pending investigations or holds on your account; and (d) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been satisfied. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
All transactions on the phruby Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phruby does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. phruby reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
phruby may from time to time offer bonuses, free plays, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit phruby's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
phruby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.
All game outcomes on the phruby Platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that undergoes regular independent audits to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

phruby is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's side during an active game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play. Where a game round is interrupted due to a server-side issue attributable to phruby, the round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules or voided at phruby's discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phruby, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phruby Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
phruby's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phruby account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The phruby Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phruby makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phruby does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
phruby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the phruby Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phruby implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. In the event of a dispute between you and phruby, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phruby operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Certain disputes relating to gaming fairness may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures in addition to or in lieu of court proceedings, as applicable under PAGCOR regulations.
