This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how phruby ("phruby," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phruby.app ("Platform"), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "Player," or "User") who access or use the Platform.

phruby primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where phruby uses cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers with operations in other jurisdictions.
Where such transfers occur, phruby ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. phruby will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing such safeguards.
The phruby Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR-regulated gaming standards applicable in the Philippines. phruby does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If phruby becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that phruby may have collected personal data from a minor, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

phruby reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or phruby's data processing practices. When material changes are made, phruby will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the phruby Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
